Welcome to my page! My name is Ewa and I am a BACP registered psychotherapist with a diploma in therapeutic counselling and a degree in psychology. With a deep passion for helping others, I draw on both my professional qualifications and personal life experiences to provide compassionate support. I offer therapy in both English and Polish, available online and face-to-face, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for all my clients.

At my practice, I offer adult counseling services utilizing a person-centered approach. This method focuses creating a supportive environment where clients can explore their thoughts and feelings freely. Additionally, I provide psychoeducation to help clients their mental health and develop better coping strategies. Together, work towards personal growth and emotional well-being.
